1. Engineering Engagement

By engaging Seamonster Coding for software development services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). Project timelines and deliverables are contingent upon timely client communication and asset delivery.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full receipt of payment for a completed project, all custom frontend and backend source code (excluding proprietary Seamonster Coding boilerplate libraries) is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the final public-facing product in our portfolio unless a strict NDA is signed.

3. Warranties & Liability

While we engineer software to the highest modern standards, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from third-party server outages or evolving cyber threats post-launch. Clients on active maintenance retainers receive priority hotfixes. Seamonster Coding is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from software use.

4. Payment Terms

Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit to secure engineering resources, with the remaining 50% due upon final deployment. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All invoices are net 15 days.
