Pricing

What it costs, before you have to ask.

Most studios make you book a call to hear a number. These are the real starting points for web development, custom applications, and embedded C/C++ work in Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley, so you can decide whether it is worth a conversation before you spend one.

000012024036048RATES / STARTING POINTS

Where projects start

Starting points, not a price list.

Every project is scoped and quoted on its own terms. The figures below are where work of each kind realistically begins—not a fixed rate card, and not the final word.

01

Web development

Marketing sites, landing pages, and storefronts built to load fast, read well on a phone, and be found in search.

Starting at

$3,500

Commerce and payment builds from $6,000

  • Custom design, not a purchased template
  • Responsive behavior tested on real devices
  • Search and accessibility foundations
  • Content structure you can update yourself
  • Deployment, handoff, and documentation
What this service covers
02

Application development

Dashboards, client portals, internal tools, and backend services shaped around the way your team already works.

Starting at

$10,000

Staged in phases when the full build is larger

  • Accounts, roles, and permission tiers
  • Database design and data migration
  • Integrations with systems you already run
  • Admin tooling for the people who operate it
  • Deployment, handoff, and documentation

03

Embedded C/C++

Firmware, device software, and hardware interfaces, where the right number depends entirely on the board and the requirement.

Per project

Quoted

Priced against an agreed written estimate

  • Embedded C and C++ development
  • Hardware interfaces and protocols
  • Diagnostics and test tooling
  • Performance and resource optimization
  • Long-run maintenance arrangements
What this service covers

Ongoing support and maintenance

Dependency and security updates, hosting checks, small changes, and someone who already knows the codebase when something needs attention.

Starting at

$250/month

000012024036048VARIABLES / SCOPE

What moves the number

Same brief, different projects.

Two businesses can describe the same website and need very different amounts of work. These are the five things that decide where a quote actually lands.

  1. 01

    Scope

How many pages or screens, and how many genuinely distinct workflows sit behind them.

  2. 02

    Integrations

Payments, CRMs, supplier feeds, and anything that has to talk to a system you already run.

  3. 03

    Content and data

Whether copy, images, and existing records are ready to use, or need shaping first.

  4. 04

    Timeline

A compressed schedule costs more. A flexible one is the easiest place to save money.

  5. 05

    After launch

A clean handoff, or an ongoing arrangement with someone who already knows the codebase.

Working to a budget?

Say the number early. It helps.

If your budget sits below a starting point, it is still worth asking. Scope is the variable that moves, and a smaller first phase that actually ships is usually worth more than a larger one that stalls halfway. Knowing the constraint up front means the proposal gets shaped around it instead of ignoring it.

Common questions

The parts people ask about.

Why starting points instead of fixed prices?
The same one-sentence brief can turn into a four-week build or a four-month one, depending on how many workflows sit behind it and what it has to connect to. Publishing a fixed rate card would mean padding every quote to cover the worst case. Instead each project gets a written scope and a quote for that scope before any work begins.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Often, yes. Tell us the number at the start and we will shape the scope around it, or stage the work so the most valuable part ships first and the rest follows when it makes sense. A budget mentioned early is a design constraint we can work with; one revealed at proposal stage usually means starting over.
What if my project is smaller than the starting point?
Still worth asking. Starting points describe complete projects, and smaller well-defined pieces of work are quoted on their own. If it is not something we are the right fit for, we will say so directly rather than stretch the scope to justify a bigger number.
Is the quote fixed once work begins?
The quote covers the scope that was agreed. If something new gets added partway through, we price that addition and you decide whether it is worth doing before it starts. There are no surprise line items at the end.
What is not included in the project fee?
Third-party costs are separate from the fee: hosting and domains, paid APIs and services, software licenses, and stock imagery where a project needs it. These are named in the quote so the total cost of running the finished product is clear before you commit.
Do you work with businesses outside Fresno and Clovis?
Yes. Most of the work happens remotely and clients elsewhere are welcome. Being based in the Central Valley simply means local businesses can meet in person when that is genuinely useful.

Next step

Describe the project. Get a real number.

Tell us what the software needs to do, and we will come back with a scope and a quote—not a discovery-call funnel.
